Rachel started volunteering with The Embrac3 Foundation summer 2021! As a diabetic herself she feels that it is important to help the diabetic community and loves this opportunity to reach and help impact diabetics from all around the world. She is currently working on her masters in medical physiology and pharmacology from University of Florida. Outside of her schoolwork she enjoys cooking and updating her food Instagram as well as traveling to NYC to visit her older sister and explore the city.
